I’m still responsible for managing my products, but I got a title change due to the need for a delivery manager for our Partner Relationship Management portal.
Efforts:
- Running daily standups and Scrum ceremonies.
- Working closely with the development team to keep the product on track.
- Working across functional teams for interdependencies.
Wins:
- On-time launch readiness.
- Clearing blockers across teams where I had to influence without authority.
Learnings:
- CSM certification.
- Scrum / Agile best practices.
