  • Defining and simplifying features, personas and UX.

  • Working closely with the development team to keep the product on track.

  • Prioritizing at-a-glance license expiration display feature that delighted our largest resellers.
  • Prioritizing bug fixes that were preventing ~5% of customers from being displayed in search results.

Learnings:

  • You can’t give everyone everything they ask for, but you can make them feel better about the outcome if you genuinely listen to and see them.
