Cocoon Fresh: Keeping produce fresher

I developed and helped launch the minimum viable product for Cocoon Fresh. It’s an impressive little thing. I forgot about some fresh Lion’s Mane mushrooms in it for three weeks, and they were still pristine.

Efforts:

• Doing CAD work for proof-of-concept, validating value proposition.
• Doing CAD work and product design for MVP.
• Analyzing market and pricing strategy.

Wins:

• All sprint run units sold.

Learnings:

• Selling on “Keep produce fresher” works better than “Reduce food waste.”
